Assignment :
Attached to the Spring project within the Drive Construction department, you will be in charge of the electronic document management (EDM) set up and applicable to all stakeholders in connection with the implementation of projects related to the FTTH deployment. Responsible for the management (distribution, validation, archiving) of documents issued and received for the Department, your missions will be to: Carry out the configuration of the EDM of which you will be the administrator (creation of accounts, user rights, workflow circuits); Be the main contact for the EDM tool with all internal and external users; Collect user comments and define the improvements to be made to develop the tool according to the needs of the Project; Check all the data entered in the EDM tool for all deliverables issued by service providers; Submit the required deliverables to the EDM and carry out transmissions and distributions; Ensure the smooth running of the document validation circuit; Carry out the training necessary for the proper use of the tool: you will support users. Also manage certain administrative parts of the project.
Profile :
With a minimum of a Bac+2 qualification, you have 2 years of experience in the field of EDM or assistance. You demonstrate organization, responsiveness and rigor.
