Superluminescent diode

The Phonoptics SLD source is a plug‑and‑play solution designed to deliver stable, high‑performance light emission. Ideal for fiber‑optic systems, it provides precise control of optical power and features a temperature indicator to ensure optimal operation.

Operating instructions:

Connect the optical fiber to the designated output (after cleaning).

Plug the power supply into the 2.1 mm jack input.

Switch the power to ON.

Wait for the temperature LED to illuminate (SLD stabilized).

Adjust the output power using the potentiometer.

⚠️ Never look into the optical output without a fiber connected!
